Now lets pause for a moment and think about the new things God is doing in and through us!
Update of permit process on the ROC.,
4 to 6 weeks away from getting our Usage Permit and Building Permits
Do not foresee problems at this time but not a sure thing until its in our hands.
Prices have fallen, so without outside help, contractor doing all the work, down from $2.6 to $2.2 million.
With help from both us and the Spanish congregation, we can cut our costs down to $1.8 million.
If this scenario works out, then we will need around $2-300,000 to be safe with cost overrides, etc.
That means that we who made pledges in October 2008 and others need to begin paying them for it will take $2,800 a week for two years to have an extra $300,000.
Update on need for consistent giving - our greatest need. Slides on giving... We must evaluate our giving and if we are not meeting our budget at this time we will not be able to afford the new building. In the case we dont meet our present budget over the next several months, we will not be able to build.
