Elder Team

The Elders of First Baptist Church of Rockville serve as spiritual guides to the members of the church.  The Elder Team began in 2005 following the adoption of new church Bylaws. An elder serves for 3 year term.  The first group of elders staggers their serving term to 1, 2, and 3 years in order to provide smooth rotation of elders every year.
